The club focuses on fitness, discipline, sportsmanship, friendly competition, and community development through badminton.
3. Eligibility for Membership and Participation
Membership or participation may be open to individuals who are willing to follow the rules, discipline, safety requirements, and sportsmanship standards of the club.
The club may accept, reject, suspend, or cancel any membership request at its discretion if the applicant or member fails to meet club standards, violates rules, behaves unsafely, or causes disruption to other members.
Minors may participate only with the consent and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors follow all safety instructions and club rules.
4. Membership Enquiries and Registration
Users may contact the club through the website contact form, phone, email, WhatsApp, or direct communication with club representatives.
Submitting a membership enquiry does not guarantee membership approval. Membership confirmation may depend on availability, club capacity, fee payment, age suitability, conduct requirements, and committee approval.
The club may request basic personal details such as name, phone number, email address, address, age, emergency contact, and playing experience for membership processing and communication.
5. Membership Fees and Payments
Membership fees, court charges, session fees, tournament fees, event fees, or any other applicable charges will be communicated by the club from time to time.
Members are responsible for paying applicable fees within the required time. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of court access, participation rights, event registration, or membership benefits.
Unless specifically stated in writing by the club, fees paid for membership, sessions, events, or tournaments are non-transferable.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling requests may be handled based on the nature of the payment, reason for cancellation, timing of the request, and club committee decision.
The club may deny refund requests where the member has already used the facility, attended sessions, reserved court time, participated in an event, or violated club rules.
If the club cancels or postpones a session, match, tournament, or event due to weather, safety issues, maintenance, operational reasons, or unavoidable circumstances, the club may offer rescheduling, adjustment, credit, or refund at its discretion.
7. Court Access and Booking Rules
Members and players must follow the court timing, booking system, session schedule, and instructions given by club representatives.
Court access may be limited based on availability, maintenance, events, tournaments, coaching sessions, or club decisions.
Players must arrive on time for booked sessions. Late arrival may result in reduced playing time, and the club is not responsible for compensating missed time caused by the player’s delay.
The club may modify court timings, booking rules, session duration, or access policies whenever required.
8. Club Timings
The normal club hours may include evening practice sessions and scheduled playing hours. However, timings may change due to events, tournaments, maintenance, public holidays, weather, safety reasons, or committee decisions.
Members should confirm current timings before visiting the club.
